1/2 oz (14g) cream cheese, room temperature
1T (13g) mayonnaise
1T (15g) sour cream
1T (5g) green onion 1/4″ bias cut
1/8t (1g) fresh lemon juice
1T (5g) parmesan cheese grated
pinch (0.1g) white pepper
3T (21g) crabmeat, picked
Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in mayonnaise and sour cream and blend well.
Add the remaining ingredients except for the crabmeat and mix until smooth.
Add the crabmeat and mix well.
Place in a small oven safe bowl.
Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes to get browned edges on top.
Best served with tortilla chips
Can be served with celery
For better ratio, increase mayo and sour cream.
