mini taco bites

ok… it’s not really a taco.  just a few ingredients that’s always around put together for a quick snack.

Ingredients

tortilla chips (made with low carb tortilla – Mission whole wheat carb balance)

sliced cheddar cheese

sliced avocado pieces

sliced cherry tomatoes

* the ingredient portions will vary depending on the ratio

Directions

Prepare all the ingredients and pile them up!
