this is a great recipe i found today on allrecipes.com
1.5oz (42g) cream cheese, softened
1 (50g) egg, beaten
1/2t (1.4g) cinnamon
1/2T (7g) sugar free syrup (i used DaVinci sugar free french vanilla syrup)
1/2T (7g) butter
mash the cream cheese with the egg until the mixture is smooth. add in cinnamon and syrup.
melt butter in non-stick pan over medium heat. pour half of the batter . cook for about 4 minutes until set. flip the crepe and cook the other side for about 2 minutes. allow to cook until set.
Repeat for the remaining batter.
add whipped cream as topping to adjust the ratio.
(Ratio for the crepe is approximately 2:1)
