smoked salmon and cream cheese

4 (2 in x2 in cut out pieces) of mission whole wheat controlled carb tortilla
1T olive oil, salt, pepper
28g cream cheese
9g smoked salmon

coat the tortilla pieces with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.  bake at 320 for 7 minutes.
once the tortilla chips are cooled, top each piece with 7g of cream cheese and smoked salmon.
